When merging the accounts from the Troika Wealth Management menu option Accounts Preparation, the following error message is displayed:
Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time error '5987': The disk is full.
The error message can be misleading and we advise in addition to checking the available disk space on the shared windows Troika folder where the Troika Accounts are maintained, that the location of the Word Template file Troika Accounts.dot is checked too.
Open Microsoft Word and go the Word Options section to review the 'file locations'. The file type 'User Templates' should display the default location where your installation of Word will treat Word template files as a trusted source. If you change the location, make sure the new location is secure. Ensure the location of the Troika Accounts.dot template file is in a trusted location, and that any accounts imported from a library client and also the client whose accounts you receive the run-time error for are attached to this template and same location.
