Any requests should be logged through our Support team, who can be contacted on Support.


When we receive requests for enhancements directly from clients they are reviewed periodically by our analysts and if the change is approved they will recommend its addition to the standard system at the next release.


No charge is made for such enhancements, however we are unable to guarantee delivery of any change within a specific time frame.


In the event your change request is time critical, or unique to your operations, we are able to provide a bespoke change request service which incurs our standard charges.  Please contact us if you would like to commission a change.
