Yes.  Your Troika log-in account will give you access to menu options that your system administrator has assigned to you using the Menu Groups option in Troika Utilities.


Your system administrator will be able to assign you a different menu group using the User Groups - Edit menu option or add in the required menu access to your existing menu group.  It is also possible to remove menu options you don't need for your log-in using the same method. 

 

If menu options are missing from Troika Wealth Management, first check the selected accounting period is not marked as final or read only as this will restrict the menu's displayed to prevent transactions being edited or added to the period.  In the event this has been done in error, click here to check how to amend this.
