Yes, you will need a Troika user with administrative access to do this. This may be your IT department, or someone senior within your own department.


Within Troika’s Utilities module, and the security tab, they should click the User Groups - Edit menu option. Select the user account which has been locked and click the button ‘Clear Password’.


Then you can re-enter Troika using your user Initials and no password, and on clicking OK you will be prompted to reset a new password for Troika.
