All records in Troika are recorded against the user who made the change. When an employee leaves your organisation, their account should be disabled, not deleted, to maintain these records.


To disable an account, use Troika’s Utilities module. Under the Security tab, click the User Groups - Edit menu option. Select the leaver’s account from the left hand side, and uncheck the Enable Account option on the right hand side. This will disable their account.


Click Close to save changes made.
