Solution
You need to replace your current Troika Accounts.dot template file with an updated version (which is attached to this article). The Troika Accounts.dot file is usually stored centrally in the Troika Master files, and the same one is usually used by all users.
First, close any existing open Word documents/templates. Then, locate the existing Troika Accounts.dot file within T:\Resources\Account System Files. Save the attached Troika Accounts.dot file to that same location, overwriting the existing Troika Accounts.dot file.
Once the file has been replaced, return to Troika and re-run the accounts.
In the event of further error, it is possible the user has more than one Troika Accounts.dot template file in use, which will also need replacing. Please contact support for further assistance with this.
