2FA is the Controller in our system that requires anonymous access to the website (as it confirms the 2FA authorization code before completing the user login).  In the event 2FA isn't working as expected after setup, check Internet Information Services (IIS), the WealthWorks+ website, and the .NET Authorization Rules applied to that site.


In the event the website has a Deny rule for Anonymous Users (as shown below), please remove this.



Once done, 2FA should work again as expected.
