Using the Support option from WealthWorks+ allows a user access to our Support Portal help articles, and also allows feedback to be sent.  In the event you get the following error when trying to access it, it may be because your user login account does not have an email address associated with it.


Support System - there is an error accessing the Support server, please check that it is configured correctly and is accessible.


The system will require each user login to have an email attached to their account, in order to make the connection to the portal.  This can be updated in WealthWorks+ > Options > System Administration > Users.


In the event an email is already present in the users record, or the error persists, please contact the support team for further assistance.
