This article is applicable to the Troika product only.


The following issues were addressed in the release of Troika version 2.09.012.


New Features


[Support #24769] For those users who may require it, there is now an option to add new additional one-off charges, with an amount of units associated to it.  Within Tariffs and Activities, add Standing Charges, and select them to be 'Per Unit Rate' (as opposed to 'Fixed Fee'), and enter the rate attached to it.


Fixes and Changes


[Support #24994] An issue with the display of dates within the 'WIP' and 'Bills' tabs within Time & Billing > Client Enquiry has been corrected.

[Support #25046] Transaction Import File Mapping.  In the event of any changes required to the current mapping, or to set up a new mapping in Utilities > Tools > Transaction Import, please contact support in the first instance.

[Support #25216] An issue has been corrected in order that the Client Billed WIP displays correctly when attempting to view/reprint an invoice from the Client Enquiry screen.  In the event users see this #Type! warning, and are not yet updated to the 2.09.012 release, they can view/reprint the invoice from within the WIP Transactions Edit All option instead, without issue.


The following probate specific issues were addressed in the release of Troika version 2.09.012.


New Features


[Support #00000] In response to client request, it is now possible for users to enter a synopsis for an estate within Wealth Management > Estate Details - Edit, as opposed to needing to use the Administrator module.

[Support #25128] For those estates indicated to require an IHT205, form questions are now entered in Estate Details - Edit > Deceased Details tab, and the 'Questions' box next to the IHT205 indicator.  They are no longer entered within Load Data.


Fixes and Changes


[Support #24999] It is now possible, when entering property sale information within the Load Data 405_12 subsection, for the sale value to be used on the IHT form if indicated as such.

[Support #25013] A correction has been made to ensure the correct balance due to a pecuniary beneficiary is shown when making a payment to the beneficiary in the administration period, and now includes all payments made already (including any already made on the current day).

[Support #25101] A correction has been made to ensure IHT400 Box 98 only populates with the figures entered under the IHT417_6 Load Data subsection.
