A setting within Word can often cause Troika accounts to appear to put in extra spaces, where they are not required. This can sometimes mean things then get 'cut off' of the page.
Within Microsoft Word, access your Word Options menu and select Advanced. Navigate to the 'Cut, copy, and paste' section and ensure 'Use smart cut and paste' is not selected.
