Troika utilises a Microsoft Access runtime edition (or full version, if installed).
New workstations installed with Troika from the current install package will use Microsoft Access 365 32-bit runtime version, by default. Please see the system requirements for the full list of supported MSAccess versions, if required.
Please contact support if you are unsure of your Microsoft Access runtime version. It can be checked by right clicking on the Troika Desktop icon in the system tray and selecting ‘About’.
If required, Microsoft Access Runtime 365 32-bit can be downloaded from Microsoft here.
When using MSAccess 365, ensure the AccessVer= setting in the user's 'TroikaSQLini' configuration file is set to '16', and a UseLongPath=-1 setting should be added. See here for further detail, if required.
