Yes, it is possible to access WealthWorks+ without having Troika installed on your workstation. To do this you may need to get your IT department's involvement.


Firstly, you will still need to have a user account set up in the products, giving you access to WealthWorks+ only. A user with administrative privileges within Troika (or WealthWorks+) can set up a user login for you. Instructions to do this can be found here:

Secondly, you will need to confirm the name of the IIS web server where WealthWorks+ is installed, and the connection string name in use, connecting the Troika SQL database to WealthWorks+. You can then navigate to the following path in your web browser:

http://SERVER/WealthWorksPlus/login?DBN=CSName

Where SERVER is replaced with the IIS web server name and CSName is replaced with the connection string name (usually Wealthworks_Data, by default).


Alternatively, from an existing user's Troika installation, access the 'About Troika' window from the Troika Desktop by either selecting Tools > About..., or double clicking on our logo in the bottom right. The path to WealthWorks+ is shown in the bottom left of this window, in the WealthWorks+ Address field.  Navigate to that path in your web browser.


You will then be able to login and view your Troika data within WealthWorks+.
