Overview


Within the Wealth Management module and the Accounts Preparation menu option, if you are running accounts for the first time, perhaps on a new PC, you may get the following error message when clicking on Export Data:

basPaula_SetPaula File not found: Paula32.dll53


Solution


If you are experiencing this issue, please refer to your IT department and request they check the following:


For a 32-bit PC

  • Ensure Paula32.dll and Pforms32.dll are both in C:\Windows\System32
  • Locate Troika_Accounts.reg. This should contain the following:
  • If necessary, edit Troika_Accounts.reg to contain the correct information, and re-run the registry.


For a 64-bit PC

  • Ensure Paula32.dll and Pforms32.dll are in C:\Windows\SysWOW64
  • Locate and Edit Troika_Accounts.reg. This should contain the following:
  • If necessary, edit Troika_Accounts.reg to contain the correct information, and re-run the registry.
