Overview

Managing the currencies available within Troika is within your control.  Where you require a new currency to be made available to you, it is possible to add this within the Wealth Management module, providing you have suitable authority to the menu option.

Adding the new currency

From the Wealth Management module, select the Global tab and the menu option Countries and ISO Currency Codes.  Existing currencies set up on your Troika data will be displayed beneath the ISO Currency Codes subtitle.

To add a new currency, click the Add New Entry button next to the currency listing within the ISO Currency Codes section.  Enter the ISO Currency Code required in the field.

Select the Country Name using the drop down list. In the event the required Country isn’t available for selection within this list, use the Add New Entry button next to the Country Name field to add a new one.

NB  Remember, this country list is shared throughout the whole of Troika, and should be entered correctly and in full (not abbreviated) - as you would expect to see the country shown when used as part of an address.

Enter the Currency Description.

Once done, click OK to save.

The basics of the new entry is now displayed in the top half of the screen.  Amend the Currency Symbol and Decimal Unit fields as required.

Click Close to exit.
