After doing a program update, using the Update menu option from the Troika Desktop, Troika will require you to open the full Time & Billing module before being able to use your Timer shortcut.
Once you have done this, the next time you log in, you should be able to open your Timer shortcut without error (and without having to open the full Time & Billing module again) - that is, until you next do a program update!
